On Saturday, April 24, at 8 am UTC, our engineering team will be performing maintenance on Jive infrastructure that will cause Cloudalytics Impact Metrics and Reports to not display recent events for all Jive cloud instances for 9 hours.

Cloudalytics Impact Metrics and Reports will be working normally, but not displaying the most recent events. When the maintenance window is over at approximately 5 pm UTC, recent events will be processed and available.

This will not cause a full downtime of your production instances.

Identified - Our team actions restored the systems used by Jive EU Cloud Customers. We continue to actively work to fully restore Jive Cloud US region, at this moment a limited number of US Customers are facing partial degradation of services. Also, during this time period, Cloudalytics Impact Metrics and Reports will be working normally, but not displaying the most recent events. When the maintenance window is over, recent events will be processed and available.

This will not cause a full downtime of your production instances. Only the Search service will be impacted.
