The below details root cause and resolution to the Jive Cloud (AWS) intermittent service you may have experienced on 07/13/2018.

Outage start/end time: 7:35 PM CET - 7:55 PM CET
Impact: Jive Cloud core display microservices outage (mitui-chrome component)
Root cause: Memory capacity reached on Docker pods. A new version of the services deployed, earlier in the day, may require more memory than previous versions.
Action to reestablish the service: Docker pods memory has been increased from 1GB to 2GB. This action stabilized the docker pods.
